The very best way to open up an audience and deliver your message to a prospective talent scout or other is to get them to laugh. Make fun of the process or tell a relateable story. Laughter breaks down almost every barrier that you can have. As you can tell from Meg’s story, doing that is not always easy, but it is something to strive for. Especially when you know that to make it as a NARRATIVE ART COMIC BOOK MARKETER, you have to connect with people and fans. Laughter is going to the best medicine for putting your foot in the door.

Delivery is everything. You want to delivery quick and you want to deliver often. Reviewing your content. Reviewing you ideas. Putting your portfolio together and thinking analytically about what you want to be and where you are at realistically will be cause you to set up an enourmous amount of self-doubt and feelings that you may not be ready for. You have to get through that. Review your content for the positives. Say everything that you are liking about what you have learned so far, and then take an honest look at what you need to improve on.
